The ShreeWin app is designed with an intuitive mobile-first architecture that prioritizes smooth navigation, accessible round histories, and customizable personal preferences. Understanding each interface component helps users navigate the app efficiently and manage their accounts safely.
1. Main Navigation Tabs
The core interface is split into five primary bottom navigation sections:
- Home: Displays platform banners, active announcements, featured recreational mini-games, and quick links to community updates.
- Activity / Records: Provides historical timelines of completed game intervals, winning numbers, and statistical color frequency charts.
- Promotion / Referral: Explains referral tier levels, invitation link generation, and partner reward metrics.
- Wallet: Displays current balance, deposit channels, transaction records, and withdrawal history tracking.
- Account / Profile ("Mine"): Personal profile management, security settings, linked bank/UPI accounts, password changes, and customer support links.
2. Account Management & Security Controls
Inside the Profile section, users have access to several critical settings:
- Login Password vs. Payment Password: Best security practice is to configure different passwords for application login and financial operations.
- Device Authorization: View recently logged-in devices and terminate suspicious sessions immediately.
- Notification Hub: Toggle push notifications for round reminders, account transactions, or promotional updates.
3. System Requirements & Compatibility
- Android: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher, 2GB RAM minimum, 100MB free storage.
- iOS: Accessible via mobile browser (Safari/Chrome PWA) with WebSockets enabled.
- Network: Stable 4G, 5G, or Wi-Fi connection with low network latency (<150ms).
4. Troubleshooting Common UI Issues
If you encounter unexpected screen freezes, round timer lag, or display glitches:
- Clear App Cache: Navigate to Device Settings > Apps > ShreeWin > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Verify Network Latency: High ping can cause countdown timers to desynchronize from server clocks.
- Check for Updates: Always ensure you are running the latest official build from verified domains.
